Getting Started
The first step to starting at CVSC is scheduling an “Intro Session”. This is 45-minute long one-on-one session with a CVSC Coach that gives you a chance to learn a lot more about our program and experience a group workout, it’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, current fitness level, and experience.
The “Intro Session” is mandatory, by appointment only and can be scheduled Monday through Saturday. Schedule your intro session below!
