1. How did you find out about CVSC?
When I finished with school and moved back to Logan, I looked up all the CrossFit gyms in the valley and CVSC was the second one I tried.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
Deadlifts
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?

4. What do you do for a living?
For now I work at Mo'Bettahs, but I plan to learn massage therapy
5. What are your hobbies?
Biking, hiking, backpacking, reading, writing
6. What are your goals?
Get a book published, become a licensed massage therapist and start my own practice, deadlift 350#, do a muscle up, enjoy life no matter the circumstances
7. Why do you train?
To constantly improve myself, to feel great, and to see what I'm capable of
8. Any advice for future members?
Find a way to enjoy the process. If you don't like what you're doing, there's going to be a deadline on how long you can make yourself do it.
