CVSC at Leave No Survivors
CVSC athletes had the opportunity to compete, volunteer and spectate at last weekend’s Leave No Survivors, a local Crossfit throw-down hosted by Crossfit IoTA. Athletes competed individually or as part of a 2 person (1 male+1 female) team in five WODs. Scoring was determined by overall placement in each event using the same scoring methodology as the Crossfit Games.
