1. How did you find out about CVSC?
When I moved to Logan for school I looked up local gyms. CVSC was the first and only gym I tried as I was hooked from the start!
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
Olympic lifting will always be #1 in my heart, but burpees or devil's press aren't too far behind that.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
I have been at CVSC for around 4 years
4. What do you do for a living?
I am a student at USU and currently applying to PA school to earn my master's degree.
5. What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are fishing, reading, trail running, or anything that gets me outside and moving.
6. What are your goals?
Current fitness goals are simply to move well and move often. In the future I think it would be cool to complete an Ironman or get more competitive with oly lifting. Life goals are to stay in charge of my health and not be afraid to try new things.
7. Why do you train?
Most days it feels like I train to keep my sanity. Overall I train because I love the process and the satisfaction of giving your everything in a workout.
8. Any advice for future members?
Just keep showing up! Soon you'll find coming to the gym one of the best parts of your day (even if there's wallballs in the workout).
