1. How did you find out about CVSC?
When I moved back to Logan in 2019, I started looking for functional fitness gyms similar to how I was training in Texas. A friend told me about CVSC and after meeting Brad I was all in!
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
Chipper workouts are my favorite!
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
Since moving back to Logan in 2019
4. What do you do for a living?
I manage money for institutions, individuals and families.
5. What are your hobbies?
I have four boys and coach football, basketball and lacrosse. I also enjoy playing hockey, skiing and working in my yard and garden.
6. What are your goals?
Be as tall and strong as Tim… right now my goals are focused on being lean and improving intensity in workouts.
7. Why do you train?
I train to improve my physical and mental health, to participate in sports and to maximize longevity.
8. Any advice for future members?
Start small, be consistent, focus on technique and then apply progressive overload to build muscle and improve strength.
