1. How did you find out about CVSC?
I was looking for a strength & conditioning gym so I went online. My original plan was to try a few of the gyms in the area however after visiting CVSC I knew it was the perfect fit for me.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout? You’ve got to respect double unders.
You’re compelled to learn them quickly or your bare legs and arms pay the price!
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
A little over 3 years.
4. What do you do for a living?
Speech teacher at Thomas Edison Charter School (South)
5. What are your hobbies?
I love spending time with my 3 kids, mountain biking, skiing, yoga, crossword puzzles, and backpacking in foreign countries.
6. What are your goals?
More travel adventures to the cool places of the world.
7. Why do you train?
Simply, I feel GREAT when I am training. My energy is higher, my mood is better, and my body is stronger and more mobile. It's a natural drug that slows down the aging process and keeps you feeling young.
8. Any advice for future members?
Don’t allow negative thoughts about your abilities keep you home. All movements are easily modifiable for any level. Plus no one cares about what you can or cannot do so have fun with it.
