1. How did you find out about CVSC?
Shalyse found CVSC back when it was CV CrossFit. Her friend Ashley Summers told her about it and she found she loved the challenge. Dan decided he didn’t want to die early and would give it a try.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
Shalyse likes doing something different everyday.
Dans favorite workout is back squats.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
Shalyse has been a member on and off since 2011 . Dan has been a member since 2019.
4. What do you do for a living?
Shalyse is a Domestic Dwelling Specialist and Dan’s secretary. Dan does Land Development.
5. What are your hobbies?
Shalyse likes to quilt, read, water ski and snow ski, and play hockey.
Dan likes to water ski, snowboard, and play hockey.
6. What are your goals?
Shalyse’s goals are to keep her health and be able to help others.
Dan’s goal is to show up and do the hyper fit workout and not die early.

8. Any advice for future members?
Shalyse’s advice for future members is to just start. It’s worth it.
Dan’s advice is to find a partner that wants to do more than half of the partner workout.
